I booked this hotel based on the ratings and the Heritage Inn name. A huge disappointment! Dingy filthy disgusting room! No back on the TV, discoloration on and inside the microwave.
Dingy old carpet, walls and bedding! I liked this motel very much. It's good one to stay for families and for business purpose for very less price.
Good secured locality with clean rooms and very friendly staff. Very good restaurants just next to it. Good motel for the price they offer. Under the same circumstances I would stay there again-one night only! There are restaurants with in walking distance,one,a Mexican right next door had a full on rock band,that was shared by every one in the Inn, I think they stopped playing around pm.
Don't stay there unless you can like bad smell, unclean sheets and wet carpets. The AC was very loud and so were the other guests most of the night. On the positive side It's rather cheap and the staff ok! Having read reviews posted on line, I always give benefit of the doubt. I am no longer a "Doubting Thomas" where this place is concerned. I was fortunate enough to only see two roaches. They were baby ones at that. There was a sign posted in the bathroom that read "Beware of Slick Floors.
I guess that was in reference of possible toilet problems. Ours started to back up, but didn't have the chance to overflow. I called the desk and reported the problem and they promptly brought me a plunger to take care of their problem. There was two small bath towel for four people. The beds were lumpy, sheets were clean, the covers were way past worn and the floors demanded slipper to walk on them. They did do a better job vacuuming before our return for the following night. I would not have stayed there had not the room been already paid for.
